4 PRIVATE CHEF/HOUSEMANAGER For a family with residences in NYC and Long Island. This is a live-out position in NYC and live-in in the Hamptons. An expert in food and table presentation as well as service as all meals are served on platters or are plated, at the table or on trays. Must be able to prepare hors d'oeuvres and snacks throughout the day. Should be willing to research current ideas on nutrition and diets and modify meal plans accordingly. All shopping is to be organic when possible. Must be inventive and open to suggestion. Will be responsible for shopping, organizing & maintaining cleanliness and order of kitchens Must work all holidays Must be willing to serve the table for the family and their guests including dinner parties. Must participate in general maintenance of the apartments and be open to do whatever is necessary to run the household. Must have a valid driver's license and passport. At least 10 years Chef experience of which 5 as a private chef are required. Salary is up to $ 100000 + benefits.

NANNY - Live-out position in New York City. Must have Nanny experience and early childhood education. Must swim. Occasional traveling required. Salary is up to $ 65 K per year.

HOUSEKEEPER/COOK A private family with residences in Manhattan, Long Island and the Caribbean is seeking a highly professional, self-motivated, energetic housekeeper/cook with at least 10 years experience. The family's primary residences are in New York & Hamptons, so the job will be between these homes 80% of the time (& mostly NYC). The housekeeper/cook will be expected to work all holidays. It is a live-out position when in NYC and the family provides accommodation when in Hamptons. The successful candidate must be able to shop, prepare and serve breakfast and other light cooking; Be able to prepare all meals to a high standard on the Chef's days off and vacation. Must have valid and clean driver license. Must be proficient at organizing closets, care of extensive couture wardrobe and shoes. Should have polished interpersonal skills and excellent command of English. Salary is up to $ 55 K per year + benefits.

MAJOR DOMO / BUTLER for a family in Manhattan. Previous household experience is a must. Some administrative duties. Fluency in English. Position is 3 days live-in and two days live-out. Flexibility to travel is required. Salary is up to $ 90000 per year.
